Overview

We now have two children’s homes situated in Visakhapatnam and Tanuku as well as a child feeding programme in Isnapur. We currently care for 40 children in total and we are desperately working at raising continuing support for them. Some time ago we received a large donation that enabled us to provide a home, food, schooling and medical care for them, but as the lump sum dwindles we need to raise the continuing support.  

The first picture below shows children in a slum school, and the second picture below shows some of the children in our children’s home in Tanuku. They look happy and smart in their school uniforms.The contrast between the two sets of children is quite marked. 

As this is an ongoing programme, rather than a capital building project, the children’s home requires continual funding in order to provide ongoing safe accommodation, food, clothing, medical care and education to the children, which works out at just £180 per year per child - could you give just £15 per month to sponsor one of the children?
